Christmas 2013, Wedding Magician, Party Magician and Corporate work.

Hi All

So the Christmas season is here again and I’ve been enjoying performing at seasonal events since the middle of November, along with the weddings that is my excuse for not updating here enough!

Many thanks to all the military chaps I worked for last week, great fun and shame to leave when the 3 pint races kicked in!

Thanks also and congratulations to Elizabeth and Chris’s wedding at Great fosters (lovely venue by the way, everybody I met and performed for were an absolute delight, here’s a quick bit of feedback….

“Can I just say a huge thank you for yesterday.  You were amazing – everyone loved the act, especially Elizabeth and Chris, and we all now believe in magic. Thanks a million.”
Also enjoyed working for Hibu who I believe used to be Yell, performed at their Christmas party, a bit of mix and mingle magic followed by some table magic, everyone was having a good time, the booze was flowing as it should for a Crimbo party!
I’m now looking at 26 gigs in 26 days so its going to be full on, but the way I like it, I’m so lucky in the fact I get to meet so many people. I will keep you up to date with the news from them each day if I get a chance, will see if I can add some photos too.
Enjoyed the Vodafone gig last night, I worked for them last year and this year was just as fun, thanks to all who I met and entertained. Some wonderful singing throughout the night too!
So it’s Dove Farm, Proximity communications and then a black tie fundraising event today, boom!
With the new site please fill free to add any comments to my posts.
All the best have a great Christmas season.

Big Friday, 280 miles and 4 Gigs

Big Friday Baby!

Had a full but fun day on Friday. Sometimes the timings work out perfectly and I can fit in a lot of gigs on one day.

First up I went to the lovely Tythe Barn in Oxfordshire for Tia and Maria’s civil ceremony. I only had a short time to entertain their guests before they sat down for food. But I have to say the setting and what they’ve done with this venue is very special, I’ve taken some pics for you to see but if you’re thinking of a venue and this is in your preferred area I would totally recommend you check it out. Everything is perfect with fantastic in and out space. One of the best Barn conversions I’ve seen

I was then off to Marlborough for Summerdown and Partner’s Ltd Summer party, it was a mad hatters tea party and I performed mix and mingle and table magic. thanks to all those I met on the day, great fun, good costumes and the cream tea’s looked stunning! Thanks for the kind feedback also Nicola!

I then had an hour of mix and mingle magic in Reading for Oxford Properties, only 16 guests but I was the entertainment before guests sat down for a 12 course tasting menu. I did meet and perform for John madejski on the night too which was good and he was very gracious about my magic which was pleasing.

Finally I was off to Salisbury for BWS School leavers ball, 350 students as well as teachers, lot’s going on and a great vibe, it was being held in the Salisbury arts centre which is a great venue. Thanks to all those I met and also for the positive feedback- Thank you so much for the magic on Friday -“All the kids have been talking about you and were utterly amazed and enthralled by you! Hopefully we can get you along for a longer spell next year! Still don’t know how you do it!”

Back home then and a quick glass of red with the heated up fish! Ready to go again on Saturday for two more weddings. Rock and roll!

All the best.
