Hope everyone is well, great me too!

Really sorry for the lack of updates, it’s not because I’ve nothing to say just not much time to say it.

Been doing lot’s and lot’s of late, here’s a quick run down.

1. Massives of gigs, a whole range which has been great fun, 21st, 50th,60th and 70th birthday parties, Hen nights, stag nights and a whole host of corporate work.

2. Promotion for weddings, 70 already booked for this year and 2013 filling up quickly as well (many thanks to all who’ve booked, I will really look forward to every one I attend)

3. Keeping fit (not interested? fine)

4. Big new project, some very exciting routines in the pipeline, taking me a long time to get right but I think it’s going to be worth the wait, these routines will fry I’m sure.

5. Slow work on the website, things have been delayed but work will hopefully commence in April/May.

6. The arrival of the new England rugby team, at last! Great spirit boys, making us proud, keep on getting fitter, stronger and more skilled and let people keep writing us off.

7. Summer nearly arriving (I include Spring in the Summer season, makes the Summer last longer, try it!)

8. Vegas in October.

Wow what an exciting time at Magic Entertainment head quarters. Devised a new routine all about the lottery which is getting great reactions and can leave the spectator a possible chance of winning the actual jackpot!! Also work is quietly going on for some out of this world routines, let’s just say something is ticking and it could be a very exciting  development.

A quick shout out to all couples looking to use a magician at their weddings. I’m running out of Saturday’s in 2012 fast so do get in touch if you’re interested in using me.

I’m thinking of getting up at 5.45am everyday as I don’t seem to have enough time in the day to do everything I want!! Let’s all do it!

I was thinking January was going to be nice and quiet but things have popped up which is good I guess.

I’m not far from releasing a new routine to the magic fraternity, it’s all top secret but quite baffling and the spectator does all the work! Also I’ve been busily putting together new routines for 2012.

On top of this it’s been very busy with bookings coming in for 2012 which is great, many thanks to all those who’ve been in contact. If you are thinking about using me for a wedding this year do get in touch to secure you’re date. It’s not going to be long until promotion for Christmas comes around again!

I’m performing at quite a few corporate functions in January which is great, on Saturday night I will be performing for Toshiba’s New Year’s Party, looking forward to it.

Also next week is the big build up to the Wedding Industry Awards night in London, fingers crossed for that one. I’m up against 7 other acts for the best Wedding entertainment category. What else in January? A new showreel at the end of the month, new photographs and lot’s of wedding fayres. More news on them to follow.

Finally I’m very excited about a link up between myself and a bespoke tailor, I was in London on Wednesday starting the process and it should be really good going forward. Again more news on this to come.

Wow what a fantastic year. I finished my last gig of 2011 last night at The Feathers in Woodstock, really lovely hotel you should check it out http://www.feathers.co.uk/.

A big thank you to all the weddings I performed at last year, I actually got to 84 in the end which is a personal record for me. I enjoyed everyone so thanks!

Also a big thanks to all the corporate events and private parties as well.

It’s now full steam ahead for the new year, I’m updating my site and have plenty of exciting things which I will share with you as they unfold.

I now have some more time to work on routines I’m going to be showcasing in 2012.

A quick post amongst the hectic month which is Christmas!

I’m in the middle of 16 gigs in 10 days at the moment so haven’t got a lot of time to update the site. I do apologise!

I’ve got lot’s of testimonials to update, many thanks to all those people who’ve sent them in and I will post them soon.

I’m having a really fun season of gigs, it’s been varied with Weddings, trade shows and Christmas parties. From the Barbican in London to Middle Temple Hall, two Vodafone parties (testimonial just added) and a whole lot more. Thanks to all those people I’ve seen so far and I look forward to all the other gigs and weddings this month.

Also getting excited about the Wedding Industry Awards, I hear they’ve made their decisions and the results will be announced on the 18th of January. Looking forward to the evening should be fun.

Hope the festive season has kicked off in fine style for you.

December is always mad for me but lots of fun. I was at a trade show on the 1st which was a different experience than normal shows. I was performing through HD video conferencing so that was cool. Teaming up with the IT bunch in January for some more shows which should be good.

Bookings this year have been varied over Christmas which is good for me, weddings, corporate events and private parties.

Had a good night at the Vineyards at Stockcross on Saturday night for Analog Devices LTD, had some feedback already and have posted it on my testimonial page for you. In fact I’m behind with updating my testimonials, thanks to everyone for taking the time to email me, I will post you’re comments soon.

A big Vodafone gig tonight which should be fun, then Strutt and Parker on Thursday and two big gigs in London on Friday night.

I’m being naughty on the Saturday and taking the night off to see Coldplay at the O2.

Had a nice surprise today. I’ve won the best wedding entertainment regional award and will now be going up to London in January to see if I can win the national award!

All very pleasing and many thanks to all those who’ve voted for me.

The big awards night is on the 18th of January, all the major industry players will be attending so it should be a great night. I’m up against 7 other winners, so fingers crossed I can win the national award. Here’s the link http://www.the-wedding-industry-awards.co.uk/ .

In other news, been very busy of late. A mixture of trade show work, weddings and private parties. I have a wedding and a 30th party today which should be fun.

Also been trying to find time to finish some new routines I’ve been working on. One is called the fortune telling fish!

Hope everything is really well with you.

Apologies for my lack of blogging! However I have a good excuse, he say’s hurriedly trying to think of one!! Ah here it is, I’ve been extremely busy of late.

What’s been going on…… Lot’s of contracts being written out for the festive season, I only have a few dates left now, but do get in touch if you’d like a magician at your Christmas party. I’ve been up and back to London a lot lately working on finalising dates and times etc for trade shows for this December and the new year. One in particular should be great fun. It’s for an IT firm who specialise in HD Video Conferencing, so I will be performing magic on screen to all those who arrive at the stand. Looking forward to that!

I’ve attended a lot of birthday parties as well recently, lot’s of 40th’s 30th’s and 50th’s! Saturday night was Floss’s 30th and it was fancy dress. I performed from 8pm till 10pm but could have gone on longer as it was such fun. Thanks to all those who were there!

Actually in the day on Saturday I had a corporate event in Dorking, keeping everyone entertained between semeniars and at lunch. I’ve had some lovely feedback already from that one which I’ve posted on my testimonial page.

Finally I will know soon if I’ve won a regional award from the 2012 Wedding Industry Awards. Fingers crossed on that one, if I’m lucky enough to win that then I will go into the national shortlist.
